Meet Our Team


Trinity Mack | Culinary Director

Award-winning chef Trinity Mack, Culinary Director at Waterways Cruises & Events and Lakeside South Lake Union, has over 24 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Chef Mack helped start the culinary division at Waterways Cruises & Events. She became a certified personal chef and left to pursue other opportunities which took her on cruise ships to the Arctic Circle, into the homes of professional athletes, tech moguls and movie stars. She was named Most Creative Chef by International Wine Magazine. After 14 years away, she recently returned to lead the Waterways Cruises & Events team and help launch Lakeside South Lake Union. She believes “food is much more than food, it’s an expression of love, a means of healing and it unites people together unlike anything else in the world!”
