> WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

Seattle Lakes Cruises, LLC, dba Waterways Cruises and Events and Lakeside has always and will continue to follow the guidelines/recommendations set forth by the CDC regarding Covid-19 safe operating standards. In the past, these recommendations have included, forced shutdown, social distancing, limited occupancy, sanitation stations, mask mandates, proof of vaccination for entry, and more. At each step of Phase I, Phased II, Phase III and beyond we felt it was in our Company’s, our Team’s, and our guest’s best interest to follow these recommendations without hesitation.  And we will continue to do so.

While the current CDC recommendations are limited due to many factors, we have decided to continue some of these practices because they just make good sense. The continued use of proper sanitation practices, before, during and after events and proof of vaccination for our staff, will continue. We also encourage the continuing usage of masks while indoors.

We strongly feel that by keeping these commonsense practices in place, we will be doing our part to limit the spread of any virus, be it Covid-19 or others.

> DO YOU HOST PRIVATE EVENTS?

We absolutely do! From Weddings, to Corporate Parties, to Birthdays and Anniversaries — why not add water? Click the Private Events button at the top of the page to learn more and connect with a member of our Private Events team.

> IS YOUR PATIO DOG-FRIENDLY?

Yes, we love dogs! However, all dogs joining their families on our patio must be friendly, leashed at all times, and never left unattended.

> IS PRIX FIXE MY ONLY OPTION FOR DINING?

Not at all! While we offer preferred seating to those making an advance reservation for a Prix Fixe dinner or brunch, you are welcome to snag a seat at our bar or unreserved tables for a selection of dishes available a la carte from our Sip & Savor Menu. Beginning in July we will also offer a limited selection of items for take-out.

> HOW DO YOU HANDLE ALLERGIES/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We will do our best to try to accommodate any of our guest’s needs. Each guest should inform their server of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. Also, if making a reservation online, leave a note with your reservation stating the same.

> CAN I ORDER FOOD FOR TAKE-OUT?

Yes, Beginning in July to-go orders of a limited selection of items can be ordered by phone or at the bar/hostess desk.

> DO YOUR MENUS OFFER VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS?

We have a variety of vegetarian/vegan options on our menus. For the Prix Fixe menus there are also always vegetarian/vegan options available as substitutes to all meat-based dishes.
